People Who Are Here for You

Finding the right therapist is essential. If one of our clinicians isn’t the right fit, we’ll help you find someone who is.

Sharon Wilkening

Sharon brings over 23 years of experience in mental health and substance use disorder treatment. She received her undergraduate degree from Utica College of Syracuse University and her MA in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University. After working in federal law enforcement and running a youth diversion program, she built a distinguished career in private practice before opening Cambrio Counseling in 2019. She offers a non-judgmental, individualized approach and is an EMDR-trained therapist.

Kristi French

Kristi is Cambrio’s Clinical Director, deeply passionate about helping individuals find their true selves beyond anxiety, depression, and trauma. She tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs and goals, believing therapy should be just uncomfortable enough to foster growth without causing more trauma. She is trained in CBT and EMDR, and incorporates mindfulness into her work.

Arthur "Ford" Raine

Ford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years in the mental health field. He is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to freely explore what they need in order to better understand themselves and develop realistic, obtainable solutions. He works with late teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, and drastic life changes.

Tim Hartline

Tim is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who loves helping adults and adolescents identify their goals, pinpoint what’s holding them back, and increase both joy and life satisfaction. He believes the counseling process, while vulnerable, has the ability to be truly life-changing for those who commit to growth. He primarily uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Elizabeth "Liz" Sinclair

Liz has over ten years of experience as a licensed school counselor and licensed clinical mental health counselor. She received her licensure in North Carolina in 2013 and has supported seniors, adults, children, families, and couples in a variety of settings. She works within a holistic framework, helping clients identify feelings and build tools to manage stress, communicate effectively, and build more satisfying relationships. Liz is also EMDR trained.

Jacob "Jake" Keller

Jake is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board-Certified Music Therapist. He holds two Master’s degrees from Appalachian State University and Graduate Certificates in Addictions Counseling and Systemic Multi-cultural Counseling. His passion is helping clients reach their goals through exploring the relational, emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual domains of self. He recently completed Gottman Method Level 1 for Couples Therapy.

Amanda "Mandy" McGill

Mandy is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a uniquely rich background: she worked as a Certified Peer Support Specialist, a community educator at a rape crisis agency, and as a law enforcement officer for ten years. She earned two graduate degrees — in Crisis and Trauma Counseling and in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her warmth, compassion, and humor allow clients to feel genuinely comfortable and supported.

Rosemary "Rose" Barbour

Rose brings firsthand experience from Emergency Medical Services to her therapeutic work, giving her a deep understanding of high-pressure environments and the unique needs of first responders. She is known for bringing humor, compassion, and directness into the therapy room, creating a relaxed, non-judgmental environment. She incorporates a holistic perspective recognizing the connection between mental health, nutrition, movement, and overall wellness.
